(we, us, or our), including all transactions related to our products and services, such as training programs, registrations, and related offerings through HEAT. You may also be subject to additional contracts (e.g., enrollment agreements or service- specific terms) that govern your relationship with us or specific products/services. In case of any conflict between these Terms and such additional contracts, the provisions of the additional contracts shall prevail.
We comply with applicable EU regulations, including the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are a consumer (as defined under Romanian and EU law), these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

- Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, cyber-attacks), except for payment obligations.
